Inside Sales Executive

About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious freshers who are passionate about sales and eager to build a strong career in the tech industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn directly from tech leaders, gain hands-on experience, and become an expert in inside sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and online platforms to generate leads and conversions.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and value based on customer needs.
- Conduct follow-ups and maintain healthy communication to drive successful closures.
- Participate in product demos, webinars, and training sessions to enhance understanding and sales approach.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track prospects, and prepare sales reports.
- Work closely with the senior team to understand market trends, sales strategies, and customer insights.
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure a positive client experience.
Skills & Qualifications
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales, business development or customer-facing roles.
- Strong interest in inside tech sales and willingness to learn from industry experts.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil & English (spoken and written).
- Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions confidently.
- Good negotiation, objection-handling, and rapport-building skills.
- Energetic, self-driven, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, email drafting, etc.).
