Overview The Delivery Manager/Account Manager serves a critical role in ensuring that client projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards. This position is vital for managing client relationships, driving project execution, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, understanding both the strategic objectives of the client and the capabilities of the organization. In addition, the Delivery Manager/Account Manager will lead project teams, facilitate communication, and oversee the delivery of services and products. This role demands a balance between strategic planning and operational execution, making it essential for the success of ongoing projects and the overall health of the client relationship. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach are crucial for navigating complex client dynamics and driving project success. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and address their needs effectively.
  • Coordinate project teams across various functions.
  • Develop project plans and timelines for effective execution.
  • Monitor project progress and budget management.
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and best practices.
  • Communicate project goals and expectations to team members.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients regarding project updates.
  • Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to review project status.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to clients and management.
  • Analyze project performance metrics and prepare reports.
  • Resolve conflicts and challenges that arise during project execution.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration among team members.
  • Support business development efforts by maintaining client portfolio.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project delivery.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in project management or account management.
  • Proven track record of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a client-facing role with strong customer focus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Knowledge of budget management and financial reporting.
  • Willingness to travel as required by project demands.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP or similar) preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality delivery.
