Job Summary:We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our Technical Non-Voice Process team. This role involves providing back-end technical support and resolving customer queries through email and chat channels. If you have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for technology, this is the perfect opportunity to start your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle technical queries from customers via email and chat (non-voice process).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to products/services efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Adhere to process guidelines and meet performance metrics (quality, accuracy, and turnaround time).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Tech/B.Sc/BCA preferred but not mandatory).
Experience:
- Freshers welcome.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of technical concepts (networking, software, hardware).
- Ability to work in night shifts and adapt to US time zones.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
