About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for our Voice Customer Support team. The candidate will handle customer queries over calls, provide accurate solutions, and ensure a great customer experience. This role requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Understand customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
  • Maintain a polite, empathetic, and positive approach while speaking to customers.
  • Document call details accurately in the system.
  • Follow up with customers when needed to ensure issue closure.
  • Achieve quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.
