We are Looking for a CNC Programmer cum Setter on immediate basis.

Experience level - 3 to 5 years Proffered

Salary Range to 35000, salary may vary based on your level of experience in CNC operations.

Responsibilities

  • Program CNC machines according to detailed specifications and technical drawings.
  • Set up and calibrate machines to prepare for production runs.
  • Monitor machine operations and performance to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery and programs as they arise.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs on CNC equipment.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on CNC programming and machine set-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of production output, machine operations, and any issues encountered.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CNC Programmer and Setter in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in CNC programming software and controls (e.g., G-code).
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Ability to set up and operate various types of CNC machinery (milling, turning, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of machining processes and materials.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
