Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a VMC/Turning Programmer cum Setter, located in Bengaluru. The individual will be responsible for programming and setting up VMC and Turning machines, ensuring precision in the manufacturing process. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting technical drawings, developing and optimizing CNC programs, setting up and adjusting machines, and overseeing the production to ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Experience in the Aerospace or Automation industry is a plus
- Experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Relevant experience in CNC programming and machine setup
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Experience in operating VMC or Turning machines
- Knowledge of CNC programming
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of tooling selection and machining techniques
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
