*Skills Required:*

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)

  • Strong communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills

  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

  • Capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality

  • Professional, client-oriented demeanor with a pleasant personality

*Key Responsibilities*

  • Manage the MD's calendar, meetings, travel plans, and daily operations efficiently.

  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams for seamless communication and task execution.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain organized records and correspondence.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.

  • Excellent communication, drafting, coordination, and multitasking skills.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused with a pleasant personality.
