Job Title: Agile Manager – GCC India

WHAT YOU'LL DO

We are seeking an experienced Agile Manager to join our Agile Transformation team at the Kraft Heinz Global Capability Center (GCC) in India. This role requires a combination of Agile expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills. The successful candidate will lead our team of Scrum Masters in India, ensuring best in class agile implementation in initiatives led by the team, aligned with our Agile Playbook, to deliver high-quality results and drive improvements to increase efficiency and impact of different initiatives in KHC.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Scrum Masters, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they are equipped to facilitate Agile teams effectively.
• Kick off new workstreams and install capabilities for PODs.
• Define and adapt agile processes and frameworks to be implemented in each initiative, ensuring alignment with Global Agile Playbook.
• Oversee the execution of agile initiatives, ensuring they are delivering against goals, and required quality standards, and constantly improving ways of working.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve Agile maturity across the portfolio.
• Analyze POD performance metrics for PODs (e.g., velocity, lead time, cycle time) to identify areas for improvement and build action plans to improve delivery flow and productivity.
• Ensure that Agile principles and practices are applied consistently across all initiatives, and that teams are empowered to make decisions and take ownership of their work.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including technology leaders, product owners, and other Agile Leads to ensure alignment, diagnosis performance and develop plans to improve it.
• Measure business impact/value delivery of the implementation.
• Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, accountable for their development aiming to improve their facilitation skills and Agile knowledge.
• Facilitates large group discussions and workshops to explore problems and design solutions

WHO YOU ARE

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with Agile and Scrum, with 5+ years in leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles, values, and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
• Track record in successful delivery of agile initiatives as a scrum master and agile lead
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and to all functional groups, including both oral and written communication (preparation of concise and effective reports)
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
• Able to facilitate large group discussions with using various facilitation techniques
• Problem-solving capability
• Business acumen and strategic thinking
• Effectiveness in developing plans, prioritizing activities, and evaluating implementation to identify possible improvements.
• Leadership in coordinating the teams and areas involved in the initiatives, influencing the results, and ensuring the adequate flow of information.
• Ability to work in multi-disciplinary and international teams.
• Experience with Jira and Miro or other whiteboarding is a must.
• English proficient (written, speaking, reading). Additional languages are a plus.
• Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, CSPO, CESP).
• Design Thinking Certifications are a plus.
