We're looking for an Unreal Engine Generalist — a versatile artist with deep expertise in at least one specialization (Cinematics, Sequencer, or Environment), but who also understands and can collaborate across all areas of production.

If you can tackle camera, lighting, environment setup, and Sequencer assembly — or at least speak their language — this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Take ownership of your primary specialization:
  • Cinematics: Camera work, lighting, shot composition
  • Sequencer: Setting up characters, animations, VFX, and props in cinematic sequences
  • Environment: Designing, lighting, and polishing realistic or stylized environments
  • Collaborate with other specialists to integrate assets into full cinematic sequences
  • Assist in solving pipeline or technical challenges across departments
  • Ensure all sequences and scenes are optimized, production-ready, and visually cohesive

Requirements

  • At least 2–3 years of professional experience in Unreal Engine
  • Deep expertise in one specialization: Cinematics, Sequencer, or Environment
  • Solid understanding of other areas — able to collaborate, troubleshoot, and implement improvements
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Reliable PC with strong specs (please share your setup when applying)
  • Stable internet connection
  • Available to work 8 hours/day, remote

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Familiarity with Niagara, Lumen, Nanite, Control Rig, additive animation layers
  • Experience with storyboarding, camera planning, and cinematic flow
  • Understanding of real-time cinematic optimization
