Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
Create high-quality 3D models for various projects, including buildings, landscapes, and interiors.

Develop and implement interactive elements using Unreal Engine’s Widgets and Blueprints.

Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure Visualizations meet project requirements and deadlines.

Continuously learn and adapt to new software and techniques to stay current in the field of 3D visualization.

Ensure all visualizations accurately reflect project specifications and design intent.

Required Skills and Experience:
A degree in Architecture, 3D Design, 3D Animation, and rendering or a related field is preferred.

Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.

Portfolio demonstrating relevant skills and experience in 3D visualization and animation.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Blender for modeling, texturing, rendering, and Unreal Engine, with knowledge of Widgets and Blueprints.

Excellent understanding of architectural and construction phases and the ability to visualize these processes.

Strong eye for detail and design, including materials, colors, typography, and overall aesthetics.

Ability to create photorealistic renders and animations.

Proficiency in SketchUp, Revit, Enscape, Twin motion, Lumion, and other relevant 3D visualization software.

Strong skills in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).

Execute detailed construction phase animations to clearly communicate project stages.

Familiarity with VR/AR development

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Adaptability and a keen curiosity to learn new tools and techniques.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
