Our platform converts architectural plans into **interactive 3D models**, providing a seamless way to showcase real estate projects with features like **AI voice integration, local area mapping, and lighting conditions simulation**. We are looking for a talented **Unreal Level Designer** to bring our virtual spaces to life.

As an **Unreal Level Designer**, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing **realistic and interactive real estate environments** using **Unreal Engine**. You will work closely with our development and design teams to create high-quality, immersive 3D experiences that enhance property visualization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop **realistic and interactive 3D environments** using **Unreal Engine**.
- Create **high-quality landscapes, interiors, and exteriors** for real estate visualization.
- Optimize **lighting, materials, and assets** to ensure high performance and realism.
- Implement **interactive elements**, such as doors, elevators, and environmental animations.
- Work with 3D artists and developers to integrate assets into Unreal Engine.
- Maintain performance and optimization standards for VR and real-time rendering.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to level design.
- Collaborate with the AI development team for potential AI-driven scene enhancements.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **2+ years of experience** in **level design or environment art** using **Unreal Engine**.
- Strong understanding of **real-time rendering, lighting, and material creation**.
- Experience with **Blueprint scripting** for basic interactions.
- Knowledge of **3D modeling and asset optimization** (Maya, Blender, 3ds Max preferred).
- Understanding of **architectural visualization** and real-world design principles.
- Strong artistic and technical skills, with attention to **realism and detail**.
- Experience in **VR development** is a plus.
- Passion for creating immersive and interactive experiences.
