**The role**:
We're looking for a **3D Visualizer fluent in Unreal Engine 5** — a visual storyteller with a strong design eye and technical chops, ready to bring our vision to life. You'll work hand-in-hand with our architects and creative team to craft immersive, photoreal environments that express the harmony between land, light, architecture, and soul.

**What you'll do**:

- **Visualize the Vision**: Create cinematic, real-time visualizations of Sanctuary Hill Country using **Unreal Engine 5** — both stills and short films that inspire and inform.
- **Craft Worlds**: Develop atmospheric lighting, landscapes, and materiality that showcase the elegance of our healthy homes and the serenity of Texas Hill Country.
- **Collaborate & Co-Create**: Work closely with our design, marketing, and leadership teams to align visuals with architectural intent and brand energy.
- **Optimize & Elevate**: Maintain high visual quality while keeping files organized and performant for quick iteration.
- **Innovate**: Bring in the latest tools, plug-ins, and creative ideas to keep our visuals leading-edge and emotionally resonant.

**You'll thrive here if you**:

- Are a **Unreal Engine 5** wizard with a portfolio that blends beauty, atmosphere, and realism.
- Have solid skills in:

- **3ds Max** (for modeling and asset prep)
- **Photoshop** (for texture work and post)
- **DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere** (for cinematic cuts)
- Have experience working with architectural or landscape visualization (bonus if you love both).
- Are detail-obsessed but still see the big picture.
- Communicate well in a remote, collaborative setting.
