We are seeking a talented and creative Game Designer to join our team and help us create immersive and engaging gaming experiences. As a Game Designer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing game mechanics, levels, and systems that captivate players and bring our game concepts to life.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and refine game concepts, themes, and mechanics.
- Design and implement core gameplay mechanics, including controls, player abilities, and interactive systems.
- Create detailed level designs, puzzles, challenges, and enemy encounters that provide a compelling and balanced gameplay experience.
- Work closely with artists to ensure that game levels and environments are visually stunning and cohesive with the overall aesthetic of the game.
- Write and maintain design documentation, including game design documents, level layouts, and technical specifications.
- Conduct playtesting sessions and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and iterate on game designs.
- Balance gameplay elements such as difficulty levels, progression systems, and resource management to create a rewarding player experience.
- Collaborate with programmers to implement game features and mechanics, ensuring that designs are technically feasible and optimized for performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in game design, and incorporate new ideas and innovations into our games.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Game Designer, with at least [X] years of experience in game development.
- Strong understanding of game design principles, mechanics, and systems.
- Proficiency with game design tools and software, such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or similar.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Creative thinker with a passion for games and a strong desire to create innovative and memorable gaming experiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Experience with scripting or programming languages (such as C#, C++, or Lua) is a plus.
- Portfolio of previous game projects or design work demonstrating creativity, technical proficiency, and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
