We are looking for a skilled Senior Unity Developer to join our team full-time. If you have a passion for mobile gaming and a track record of developing engaging experiences in Unity, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Unity Developer to help us develop Mystic Motors into a world-class mobile racing game. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in Unity development, with expertise in designing game mechanics, UI, animations, and integrating third-party services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for translating design concepts into a functional and polished gaming experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and implement game mechanics, UI elements, and visual effects to create an engaging gameplay experience.
  • Rapidly prototype new ideas and iterate on mechanics based on feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and other developers to establish an efficient production pipeline.
  • Optimize game performance for mobile devices (Android & iOS).
  • Integrate third-party SDKs such as Firebase, Facebook, Adjust, Appsflyer, and Max for analytics, attribution, and monetization.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs to ensure a smooth player experience.
  • Contribute to game economy balancing and monetization strategy in collaboration with product managers.
  • Maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code using version control tools like Git.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of industry experience in Unity 3D game development.
  • Strong proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming.
  • Expertise in game physics, particle systems, UI/UX design, and animation.
  • Experience with mobile game development (iOS & Android).
  • Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for gaming with a deep understanding of gameplay mechanics and industry trends.
  • Proficiency with version control tools such as Git.

Bonus Points

  • Prior experience working on a successful mobile racing game.
  • Knowledge of AB testing and monetization strategies.
  • Experience with automated testing and unit testing.
  • Familiarity with real-time multiplayer game development.
  • Passion for racing games and a strong understanding of racing game mechanics.
