Job Description: Content Strategist

Role Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Content Strategist to develop, implement, and manage

content strategies that align with our brand, business objectives, and target audience needs. The ideal

candidate will have a strong background in content marketing, storytelling, and analytics, with the ability

to lead content initiatives from ideation to execution.

Content Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy to support business goals, enhance

brand awareness, and engage target audiences.

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.

Content Creation & Management:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, product, etc.) to produce highquality, engaging content across multiple platforms, including blogs, social media, email,

websites, and more.

  • Oversee the editorial calendar to ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all content.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

  • Track, analyze, and report on content performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics,

SEMrush, or similar platforms.

  • Identify gaps and opportunities in content to continuously improve engagement and

conversions.

SEO & Content Marketing:

  • Optimize content for search engines to improve organic reach and rankings.
  • Collaborate with SEO specialists to integrate keyword strategies effectively.

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Manage content contributors, freelance writers, or in-house teams to ensure quality and

consistency.

  • Lead brainstorming sessions to generate creative content ideas.

Experience & Skills:

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in creating and managing content for multiple platforms (web, social, email,

etc.).

  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles, content management systems (CMS), and analytics tools.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream.

Competencies:

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive and collaborative approach
