About the Role – Instagram Strategist

We're searching for a creative
Instagram Strategist

who can transform ideas into scroll-stopping content and measurable growth.If you know how to master Instagram's algorithm, ride trending Reels, and build a community that loves to engage, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute
  Instagram-first strategies

to grow accounts from zero to a thriving, loyal audience.
- Conceptualize and produce
Reels, Stories, and Carousel posts

that boost reach and engagement.
- Writing scripts and Planning monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals and seasonal trends.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and writers to deliver high-impact campaigns.
- Track performance using Instagram Insights and other analytics tools, optimizing based on data.
- Keep updated with new trends and features
- Engage with followers, manage DMs/comments, and nurture a strong community.

Requirements

• Experience

in Instagram strategy, content creation, or social media marketing of
at least 1-4 years
- Proven ability to grow or manage an Instagram account from scratch (portfolio or handles welcome).
- Solid understanding of Instagram trends, algorithms, and growth tactics.
- Creativity and consistency with a knack for storytelling and aesthetics.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret metrics and refine strategy.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Instagram tools (Insights, Creator Studio, scheduling apps).
- Self-driven, curious, and ready to experiment.
