Designation- Manager/Assistant Manager Corporate Outreach (Fundraising)

Location- PAN India(Hybrid model)

Salary- Upto 10 lpa

Desired Profile


• Must have minimum 3+ years of experience in Corporate fund raising.


• Proven experience in corporate outreach, partnership development, or fundraising (preferably in the social impact / non-profit sector)


• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.


• Ability to conduct market research and build a robust pipeline of corporate prospects.

Responsibilities


• Establishing connections with corporates to identify opportunities to partner with ANUDIP for its objectives and activities.


• You will be responsible for acquiring new corporates and for ensuring their commitment to ANUDIP by working closely with them to meet the org agenda.


• Managing the relationship with our clients, communicating regularly about the work done, thereby creating long term supporters for ANUDIP through Engagement opportunities


• Creating proposals and presentations, to be used as effective pitching tools while connecting to the corporates.


• Managing the portfolio of clients to convert into income & maintain relationships, with a mix of retention & acquisition accounts.


• Utilize various outreach methods including face-to-face meetings, emails, LinkedIn, phone calls, walk-ins, and other innovative sales strategies to connect with potential corporate donors, keeping the objective of fundraising in mind.


• Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to secure corporate donations and partnerships.


• Customize partnership packages to align with corporate donors' CSR objectives and Anudip's mission.


• Collaborate internally with program and leadership teams to align outreach activities with organizational goals.


• Represent ANUDIP in corporate forums, events, and stakeholder meetings to promote partnerships and visibility.
