. You've run Google Ads, Meta campaigns, and tracked CACs like your life depends on it. You know the platforms. You know what moves the needle. - Analytical with taste
. GA4, Google Search Console, ASO - these aren't just tools to you, they're extensions of your instincts. You know how to read data and how to act on it. - Creative strategist.
You love big-picture thinking, but you're not afraid to get into the trenches and rewrite a bad ad headline yourself. You know good copy from great, and you're not scared to test 10 variations just to find the one that clicks. - AI-native.
ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Midjourney - you treat AI like a second brain. It doesn't do the work for you, it makes you 10x faster and sharper. - Customer-obsessed.
You think like a user. You write for real humans. You build journeys, not just ads. - 2–3 years in the game.
You've either been at a fast-paced startup, a marketing agency, or anywhere you've had to juggle strategy, execution, and optimization - all at once.
What you'll do
- Plan and run campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta Ads,
and
app stores.
Track, tweak, and scale. - Dive deep into
GA4, Search Console,
and
ASO dashboards
to find opportunities others miss. - Use
AI tools
for copy, audience insights, creative brainstorming, and campaign refinement. - Co-create strategy with our leadership team - and then bring it to life with speed and flair.
