Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of hands-on experience in executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. You will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring timely execution of campaigns that drive traffic, sales, and leads.

You should have spent atleast 50 lakh in ad spend across platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities:Campaign Execution & Management:

  • Plan, implement, and manage paid ad campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube.
  • Optimise campaigns to meet performance goals (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPL, etc.).
  • Analyse key metrics and adjust strategies to improve ROI.

Social Media Management:

  • Assist in content planning, scheduling, and managing organic posts across social media platforms.
  • Engage with followers and help build a consistent brand presence.

SEO & Content Coordination:

  • Coordinate with content writers/designers to ensure SEO-friendly content is delivered.
  • Track keyword rankings, run basic on-page and off-page SEO activities.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Generate campaign performance reports and analyse trends using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
  • Provide insights and suggestions for improving campaign effectiveness.

Coordination & Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with graphic designers, content writers, and performance marketers to align campaign goals.
  • Maintain timelines and ensure smooth project execution.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 year of experience in a digital marketing role (agency experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with running and managing paid campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
  • Understanding of SEO, social media engagement, and performance marketing basics.

Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console.
  • Strong understanding of digital KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.
  • Good communication skills and team coordination ability.
  • Creative thinking with a data-driven mindset.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Mani Casa Dona, Kolkata

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000/month
