About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven and versatile Digital Marketing Generalist to join our

team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise across multiple digital marketing

channels, including SEO, PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Social Media Marketing

(SSM). You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing digital

campaigns to drive brand visibility, qualified traffic, and measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

 Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

o Conduct keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and link-

building strategies.

o Monitor website performance and improve search engine rankings.

 Pay-Per-Click (PPC) & Paid Campaigns:

o Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads

(Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms.

o Improve ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies for higher

ROI.

o Track daily budgets, performance metrics, and provide actionable insights.

 Social Media Marketing (SSM):

o Develop and implement engaging social media strategies across multiple

platforms.

o Grow community engagement, brand awareness, and online presence.

o Track trends, competitor activities, and customer interactions.

 Analytics & Reporting:

o Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools to measure

campaign success.

o Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with recommendations.

 Content & Branding Support:

o Work with the creative team to develop marketing assets and campaigns.

o Ensure all communication aligns with brand identity and business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

 Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a strong

focus on SEO, PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Social Media Marketing.

 Strong understanding of tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console,

Meta Business Suite, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and automation platforms.

 Knowledge of content marketing and email marketing campaigns is an

advantage.

 Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

 Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
