Job Title: Restaurant Captain

Role Overview:

We are looking for a professional and service-oriented Restaurant Captain with expertise in wine and alcohol service to manage floor operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and lead the service team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise restaurant floor operations and ensure smooth service.
  • Greet and seat guests, maintaining high service standards.
  • Take and serve food & beverage orders with attention to detail.
  • Recommend and serve wines, cocktails, and spirits as per guest preference.
  • Train team members on wine pairing, alcohol serving standards, and service etiquette.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service policies.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Coordinate with kitchen & bar teams for seamless operations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of wines, cocktails, and spirits.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to supervise and motivate service staff.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and billing procedures.
  • Attention to detail, grooming, and presentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Hotel Management degree/diploma preferred.
  • 3–6 years of F&B service experience, with at least 1–2 years as a Captain/Senior Steward.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
