Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our luxury fine jewelry boutique. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a passion for luxury sales, and the ability to create an inspiring environment where both clients and staff feel valued.
This role requires balancing sales performance with operational excellence to uphold the prestige of Tenth Dimension.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to brand standards.
· Drive sales performance by setting and achieving revenue targets.
· Train, mentor, and motivate sales executives to deliver exceptional client experiences.
· Build and nurture strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring repeat and referral business.
· Oversee inventory management, stock audits, and reporting.
· Ensure luxury-level visual merchandising and store presentation at all times.
· Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and exclusive events.
· Handle escalated client interactions with professionalism and discretion.
· Track KPIs, prepare sales reports, and share insights with senior management.
· Collaborate with marketing and brand teams for in-store activations and campaigns.
Requirements
· 5+ years of experience in fine jewelry luxury retail management
· Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
· Strong understanding of diamonds, precious metals, and gemstones.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English (Hindi/Kannada a plus).
· Goal-driven with a record of exceeding sales and operational targets.
· Professional appearance and refined presentation suited to luxury clientele.
· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Luxury Management, or related field preferred.
