Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential B2B clients to promote company services.
- Develop and deliver professional sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable business deals.
- Maintain and expand long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and support) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and client meetings to build brand presence.
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients and address queries or concerns effectively.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closure.
Required Qualifications:
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
**Experience**:
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or client-facing roles.
- Experience in service-based industries (digital, marketing, IT, or consulting) is an added advantage.
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Comfortable with client visits and traveling when required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM tools knowledge is a plus.
Pay: ₹11,407.72 - ₹43,493.22 per month
