We're expanding our creative team with two hands-on writing roles:
  • One for a mid-level writer (2–3 years' experience) who's looking to grow fast
  • One for a seasoned writer or ACD (6–8 years' experience) who can lead, mentor, and shape brand voice across platforms

What You'll Do (Depending on Level):
  • Write across formats: scripts, push notifications, tweets, product copy, landing pages, YouTube bumpers—you name it
  • Bring clarity to complexity. Translate financial products into language that makes people feel, not just understand
  • Own the Scapia tone of voice across social, product, CRM, website, ads, and performance creatives
  • (For senior role) Mentor other writers and review work with a sharp eye for clarity, craft, and consistency
  • (For senior role) Collaborate closely with product, design, and marketing teams to lead projects end-to-end
  • Help shape brand systems and tone guidelines that scale

What We're Looking For:
  • 2–3 years (Writer) or 6–8 years (Senior Writer/ACD) of writing experience—agency, brand, or both
  • A portfolio that shows original thinking, great taste, and a strong handle on voice
  • Fast execution and clear communication—you'll work at high velocity
  • Love for travel and what it does to people
  • (For senior role) Experience mentoring creatives and shaping campaigns from the inside
