Creative Content Writer
who can blend
creativity with performance
to produce content that
drives measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Ad Copywriting (Performance Marketing Focus)

  • Write high-performing ad copies for
    Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads
    focused on conversions (CPL, CTR, ROAS).
  • Collaborate with the
    Performance Marketing team
    to continuously test and optimize ad messaging, CTAs, and creative hooks.
  • Craft scroll-stopping headlines, primary texts, and descriptions aligned with each campaign objective.
  • Maintain multiple tones (luxury, tech, bold, humorous, corporate) depending on the brand.

SEO & Blog Content (Organic Growth Focus)

  • Research and write
    high-quality SEO blogs, landing pages, and pillar content
    that help websites rank and build authority.
  • Work closely with the
    SEO team
    to integrate target keywords, optimize readability, and maintain strong on-page metrics.
  • Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, trending topics, and content optimization practices.

Creative Campaign & Media Content Ideation (Brand Building Focus)

  • Collaborate with the
    Social Media & Media Production teams
    to ideate creative campaigns, ad shoot concepts, and brand storytelling directions.
  • Contribute ideas for
    visual storyboards, reels, influencer content
    , and video scripts.
  • Brainstorm content ideas that bridge performance marketing and brand experience.

Candidate Profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in
    digital marketing, content, or creative strategy.
  • Strong portfolio of
    ad copies, blog articles, or campaign content
    that have driven measurable impact.
  • Deep understanding of how
    ad creatives, copy, and targeting
    work together.
  • Familiarity with
    SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO)
    and
    Ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).
  • Excellent command of written English with a clear sense of tone, persuasion, and storytelling.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment — able to work across teams (Performance, SEO, SMM).
