Operations Manager – Advertising / Printing Company

Location: Palda Indore

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Depending on Experience)

Job Type: Full-time | Day Shift

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee daily activities, manage production timelines, and ensure smooth workflow across our advertising and printing departments. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and prior experience in managing printing operations, manpower, and client deliveries.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day production operations (Flex, Vinyl, Digital Printing, Fabrication, etc.)
  • Manage a team of machine operators, designers, and helpers to meet client deadlines
  • Ensure quality control and timely project completion
  • Plan and allocate work schedules and material usage efficiently
  • Coordinate with sales and design teams for job updates and approvals
  • Maintain inventory of printing materials, inks, and consumables
  • Implement process improvements to enhance productivity
  • Handle vendor coordination, client communication, and job dispatch
  • Prepare daily production reports and track progress

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4–7years of experience in operations or production management (preferably in advertising, signage, or printing industry)
  • Strong understanding of flex and digital printing processes
  • Excellent team management and communication skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting
  • Graduate / Diploma / MBA in Operations, Production, or related field preferred
