We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Intern to join our team at Boltly Electric. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the operations side of a dynamic and growing company. The Operations Intern will assist in coordinating various operational activities, optimizing processes, and supporting daily functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- **Responsibilities**_**:

- Assist in identifying inefficiencies in existing processes and suggest improvements to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Help maintain and organize operational data, records, and documentation for easy access and analysis.
- Assist in coordinating logistics, including scheduling, shipping, and tracking deliveries to ensure timely and cost-effective operations.
- Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing internal communications.
- Work closely with other departments such as sales, marketing, and finance to support company-wide initiatives and projects.
- Prepare and analyze reports on key operational metrics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
