Responsibilities

  • Manage all back-office operations, including data entry, record maintenance, and documentation.
  • Handle customer queries through phone, email, and chat with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to ensure satisfaction and timely resolution.
  • Maintain and update customer accounts, files, and databases using computer applications and office software.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and information flow.
  • Support customer care team by providing backend assistance and resolving escalated cases.
  • Prepare reports, analyze data, and summarize information for management review.
  • Adhere to company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Take initiative to improve back-office efficiency and enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Back Office Executive, Customer Support Representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong time management and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
