Back Office Associate

Responsibilities
- Manage all back-office operations, including data entry, record maintenance, and documentation.
- Handle customer queries through phone, email, and chat with professionalism and accuracy.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to ensure satisfaction and timely resolution.
- Maintain and update customer accounts, files, and databases using computer applications and office software.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and information flow.
- Support customer care team by providing backend assistance and resolving escalated cases.
- Prepare reports, analyze data, and summarize information for management review.
- Adhere to company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take initiative to improve back-office efficiency and enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Back Office Executive, Customer Support Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong time management and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
