Role & responsibilities
- Providing administrative support and ensuring smooth running of the HR department.
- Handling day-to-day admin responsibilities of the Office.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new materials.
- Ensure periodic servicing and renewal of all assets.
- Vendor Management like: stationary, IT.
- Planning, arranging, and coordinating office events.
Preferred candidate profile
- Must have a graduation degree.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of the Administration process.
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
