Role & responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hydraulic products across domestic and international markets.
Identify and build relationships with OEMs, dealers, distributors, and industrial clients.
Manage customer engagement, technical product presentations, and solution-based selling.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Drive digital marketing, trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
Support the sales team with lead generation, proposal development, and pricing strategies.
Coordinate with production and R&D teams to align marketing efforts with technical specifications.
Strengthen the brand presence of Jami Hydraulics in the industrial and engineering sector.
Prepare and monitor marketing budgets, MIS reports, and performance dashboards.
Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building for repeat business.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience: 8 To 15 years in Industrial / B2B Marketing (preferably in hydraulics, fabrication, heavy machinery, or engineering equipment industry)
Industry Background: Engineering / Manufacturing / Industrial Products
Functional Area: Marketing / Business Development / Industrial Sales
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of hydraulic products, OEM & dealer network
Proven experience in industrial client handling & solution selling
Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
Ability to coordinate with Production, R&D, and Sales teams
Exposure to digital marketing & trade exhibitions preferred
Location Preference: Candidates willing to work in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh
