Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Escalation Specialist. The Escalation Specialist will be responsible for efficiently handling escalated issues, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring service excellence. Tasks include managing escalations, analyzing customer feedback, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring prompt resolutions while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Escalations Management and handling escalation-related processes.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess and resolve complex issues effectively.
  • Experience in Customer Support with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers and internal teams efficiently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting, strong problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detail.
  • A background in customer service or similar roles is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
