About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager / Area Manager with strong experience in POS, IPG, and VAS product sales. The ideal candidate will have prior exposure to merchant acquisition, payment solutions, and channel development, along with proven team handling experience (managing 5 to10 sales executives).

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive merchant acquisition and increase onboarding of hotels under the Hospitality segment.
  • Grow terminal sourcing through bank-led models by engaging with bank branches across assigned locations.
  • Onboard new merchants on Direct Acquisition (DA) in respective markets.
  • Promote and onboard merchants for online payment solutions, recurring payments, and BBPS services.
  • Manage, motivate, and guide a team of 510 sales executives to achieve business targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, banks, and channel partners to maximize market penetration.

Key Requirements

  • 3–4 years of sales & marketing experience in Finance, Banking, or Fintech.
  • Strong background in POS, IPG & VAS product sales.
  • Prior experience in merchant acquisition / payment solutions is mandatory.
  • Proven team handling experience (managing 5–10 sales executives).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
