Sales & Marketing Manager
to lead business development efforts in the drilling equipment industry. The ideal candidate should have 12-15 years of experience, focusing on dealing with

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development
    : Drive sales efforts and build relationships with key government and private oil companies.
  • Tendering & Bidding
    : Manage the
    GEM
    process, bid submissions, and liaise with relevant government agencies.
  • Client & Relationship Management
    : Ensure long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Market Strategy & Reporting
    : Analyze market trends, create strategies, and report progress to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • B.Tech/ B.E. in Mechanical Engineering + MBA
  • 12-15 years of experience in the drilling equipment manufacturing sector
