We are a growing Software and Management Consulting Company offering innovative software products and customized business solutions to clients across industries. We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and contribute to our business growth.
Job Location:
Ernakulam, Kerala
(Field visits may be required within and outside the district.)

Full-Time
Experience:
0 – 2 years (Freshers are welcome).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and networking.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends.
- Present and promote our software products and consulting services to prospective clients.
- Schedule and manage client meetings and visits to understand requirements and propose solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and delivery.
- Maintain proper records of leads, opportunities, and conversions using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and industry events (if required).
Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand software products and explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
- Good command of English and Malayalam (additional languages are a plus).
- Basic understanding of CRM, lead management, and digital marketing will be an added advantage.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and personal vehicle for client visits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or any related field.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
- Allowances: Travel and phone allowance
- Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives
- Career Growth: Outstanding performers may be promoted to senior positions
