This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, preparing reports and presentations, and handling confidential information with discretion. You will work closely with the CEO and senior management team to ensure the smooth operation of the office and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field

-Strong organizational and time management skills

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Attention to detail and ability to multitask

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

-Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion

-Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team

Experience in a similar role or executive support is a plus.
