We are looking for a high-performing Business Analyst to join the Founder's Office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and wants to work closely with leadership on strategic initiatives across sales, growth, partnerships, and operations. You'll combine analytical thinking, automation, and business strategy to solve complex problems and scale impact.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and optimize AI-driven and automated workflows to support analysis, documentation, and business operations.
  • Maintain accurate organizational data and create dashboards and trackers for informed decision-making.
  • Automate repetitive processes using Python, JavaScript, SQL, or APIs.
  • Analyze team workflows to identify efficiency gaps and opportunities for scalability.
  • Act as a strategic problem-solver for the Founder's Office on initiatives spanning execution, data, and growth.
  • Drive special projects across sales, operations, and partnerships in collaboration with leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Advanced Google Sheets/Excel proficiency (dashboards, pivot tables, automation).
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, prompt engineering, workflow automation).
  • Basic programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or SQL preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset, adaptability, and ownership across multiple functions.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Preferred (Good to Have)
  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, Integromat, n8n).
  • Experience with databases, CRMs, or data visualization tools.
  • Interest in AI, data science, or no-code/low-code automation platforms.
