Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Marketplace Specialist with a strong background in performance marketing to optimize our marketplace presence and drive revenue growth. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on execution to improve product visibility, customer acquisition, and overall marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for marketplace growth and customer acquisition.
  • Optimize product listings with compelling descriptions, images, and promotions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Plan and implement performance marketing campaigns across search, social media, email, and affiliate channels.
  • Track KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and apply data-driven optimizations.
  • Continuously refine pricing, promotions, and listings to boost engagement and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with product and operations teams to ensure inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithms, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Present regular reports with insights, achievements, and growth recommendations to leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience managing marketplace platforms and performance marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms and optimization strategies.
  • Proficient in analytics and performance tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ad platforms).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams.
