We are looking for a
Digital Marketing & Website Operations Manager
to own our online presence. You will be the bridge between our marketing goals and our technical infrastructure. Your mission is twofold: ensure our financial platform is secure, fast, and operational 24/7, while simultaneously executing growth strategies that generate high-quality leads for our financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Marketing and Lead Generation:

  2. Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
    Design and manage targeted Google Ads campaigns to drive inquiries for financial products.

  3. Content & SEO:
    Optimize the website for keywords related to financial services, loans, and investment to rank high on SERPs.
  4. Compliance-Focused Marketing:
    Ensure all digital ads and copy adhere to financial industry regulations and brand guidelines.
  5. Email Marketing:
    Build automated lead-nurturing workflows to convert cold inquiries into active clients.

Web Management and Hosting:

  • Hosting Oversight:
    Manage our web hosting environment (e.g., AWS, cPanel, or Managed WP), ensuring high performance and uptime.
  • Data Security:
    Implement and monitor robust security protocols (SSL, firewalls, regular backups) to protect sensitive client information.
  • Web Maintenance:
    Manage CMS updates (WordPress), handle plugin integration, and troubleshoot technical glitches immediately.
  • Page Performance:
    Continuously monitor site speed and mobile responsiveness to ensure a seamless experience for potential investors and borrowers.

What we are looking for?

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Tech Stack:
    Proficiency in
    WordPress
    , Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and Web Hosting Control Panels.
  • Marketing Expertise:
    Proven track record in running paid media (Google/Meta Ads) with a focus on conversion and ROI.
  • Security Mindset:
    Understanding of web security—critical for maintaining client trust in the financial services space.
  • Financial Literacy:
    Ability to understand and communicate complex financial concepts through simple, engaging digital content.
