Job Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and curious
AI Generalist
to help our agency harness the power of artificial intelligence across multiple functions—content creation, automation, data analysis, creative production, and marketing strategy. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys exploring cutting-edge AI tools and implementing them to improve efficiency, creativity, and performance across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, test, and implement AI tools to enhance productivity across departments (marketing, design, strategy, analytics, and operations).
  • Support the creation of AI-assisted content — copy, visuals, and video — using platforms like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, or Synthesia.
  • Develop and automate workflows using AI integrations (e.g., Zapier, Notion AI, Make, or custom APIs).
  • Analyze campaign data and use AI-driven insights to optimize marketing performance.
  • Train and guide internal teams on using AI tools effectively.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in AI and identify new use cases for the agency.
  • Collaborate with creative and technical teams to design innovative AI-led solutions for clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, data analytics, or AI/automation tools.
  • Strong familiarity with AI platforms (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, Runway, etc.) and automation software (Zapier, Notion AI, Airtable, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of prompt engineering, data handling, and workflow automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
  • A self-starter with curiosity for emerging technologies and hands-on experimentation.
