Role Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Executive / Generalist
to join our team full-time on-site in
Gurugram
. This is a
6-day working role
requiring an
immediate joiner (within 1 week)
.

The HR Executive will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations, end-to-end recruitment, payroll, and employee management. Key tasks include creating offer letters, coordinating with colleges for campus drives, handling employee queries, tracking attendance and leaves, processing payroll, and maintaining employee records. The role also involves supporting employee engagement and ensuring smooth HR operations across the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding)
  • Coordinate with colleges for campus hiring drives
  • Handle payroll, attendance, and leave management
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Address employee queries and support in resolving HR-related issues
  • Track employee performance and maintain HR reports
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and policy implementation

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, and Payroll
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the technology industry is a plus

Compensation

  • Salary Range:
    ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
    (based on skills and experience)
  • 6 days working
  • Immediate joining (within 1 week preferred)
