We're looking for an experienced and results-driven Email Marketing Manager to join our growing team at Harris Acquire. You'll take ownership of multiple outbound email campaigns targeting business owners across the UK, managing everything from data uploads and audience segmentation to copy testing and performance tracking.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on structure, data, and measurable results.

At Harris Acquire, we help businesses buy and sell businesses. Our clients include acquirers looking to grow through acquisition and business owners seeking a successful exit. We run highly targeted email campaigns to connect buyers and sellers efficiently, using data, automation, and smart outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, schedule, and manage multiple B2B email campaigns simultaneously
  • Upload and segment data lists accurately across different platforms
  • Create and optimise email sequences focused on open, reply, and conversion rates
  • Track and analyse campaign performance, producing actionable insights and reports
  • Continuously test subject lines, copy, and templates to improve engagement
  • Collaborate with our research and automation teams to refine targeting and data quality

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing B2B email marketing campaigns
  • Confident using tools such as Instantly, MailWizz, Lemlist, or similar
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and improve performance
  • Highly organised, with experience juggling multiple campaigns and deadlines
  • Excellent written English and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of results
