This role requires deep expertise in Klaviyo, strong strategic thinking, and hands-on execution skills to drive engagement, nurture leads, and support business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute B2B & B2C email marketing strategies aligned with client goalsManage weekly newsletter production from concept to send, ensuring brand consistencyBuild, segment, and maintain clean and accurate contact listsCreate automated workflows in Klaviyo to support lead nurturing, onboarding, and re-engagement campaignsCollaborate with the creative and content teams to produce engaging, on-brand email assetsMonitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for optimizationEnsure compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in email marketing and B2B & B2C communicationsQualifications10+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in an agency environmentProven track record managing B2B & B2C email campaigns with measurable resultsAdvanced proficiency with Klaviyo, including automation workflows, segmentation, and analyticsStrong copywriting and editing skills tailored for customer audiencesExcellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneouslyStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and strategySelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a remote role
