Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Manager/Senior Manager Business Excellence to drive strategic business operations and cross-functional coordination across Finance, Logistics, Procurement, and Admin. This role is pivotal in enhancing organizational effectiveness, standardizing business processes, and supporting business head directives.

Key Responsibilities:Business Management & Administration

  • Support the Business Head in driving performance and strategic initiatives
  • Oversee daily business operations and administrative support functions
  • Manage office facilities, compliance, SOPs, audits, and vendor relations
  • Streamline communication and reporting across departments

Finance Support

  • Assist in budgeting, expense control, and financial KPIs
  • Coordinate periodic performance reviews
  • Align financial operations with business goals

Logistics & Procurement

  • Partner with supply chain teams for strategic sourcing
  • Oversee vendor management, supplier compliance, and logistics planning
  • Ensure cost-efficient and high-quality procurement processes

Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate / MBA (Male candidates only)

  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and supporting finance or supply chain functions
  • Prior exposure to global business environments preferred

Internal Collaboration:

  • Close coordination with Management, Logistics, Accounts, Finance & Procurement teams across India, DRC, Uganda, Zambia, and China
