We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with strong experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with API Kit, third-party API integrations, and backend architecture design.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, optimize, and maintain backend services using (Express / NestJS).

Build and manage RESTful APIs, integrating multiple insurance partner APIs using API Kit.

Design microservices for policy comparison, premium calculation, user onboarding, payments, and document uploads.

Implement secure authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth, etc.).

Work closely with frontend, product, and design teams to deliver features end-to-end.

Integrate third-party services:

  • Insurance aggregator APIs
  • Payment gateways
  • Notification services (Email, SMS, WhatsApp)
  • Document verification services Write clean, modular, and well-documented code Maintain database schemas, queries, and optimization (MongoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL).
  • Set up API versioning, rate limiting, logging, and monitoring.
  • Participate in Agile development cycles, code reviews, and sprint planning.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in backend development using
  • Strong knowledge of or NestJS.
  • Must have experience working with API Kit for API creation and integration.
  • Practical experience integrating multiple third-party APIs.
  • Strong database skills: MongoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL.
  • Experience with JWT, OAuth, and secure API practices.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
