What You'll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain backend systems, APIs, and services (primarily in Python).
  • Work on AI/ML workflows, data pipelines, model integration, embedding generation, or vector databases.
  • Collaborate with frontend, AI, and automation teams to ship features across multiple projects.
  • Optimize system performance, handle integrations (Stripe, Twilio, AWS, etc.), and ensure smooth deployment.
  • Take ownership of tasks end-to-end, from understanding the problem to delivering a working solution.
  • Contribute ideas to architecture, automation, and product strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of solid backend development experience (Python, FastAPI/Django/Flask).
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI APIs, TensorFlow/PyTorch, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, or similar).
  • Experience with REST APIs, WebSockets, and microservice architectures.
  • Comfort with version control (Git/GitHub), Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time, and take responsibility without hand-holding.
  • Problem-solving mindset, you figure it out, test, iterate, and deliver.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with automation workflows (n8n, Zapier, or Airflow).
  • Familiarity with cloud infra (AWS, Vercel, or similar).
  • Some exposure to frontend or full-stack collaboration.
  • Prior experience in AI product teams or startups.
