Job Title: Back Office Coordinator
Vacancy: 1
Location:
Nikol Ring Road, Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with field staff and regularly update project status.
Maintain records and track the progress of ongoing projects.
Keep proper track of invoices issued and ensure timely updates.
Handle day-to-day back-office tasks including documentation, reporting, and follow-ups.
Support the management team in operational and administrative activities.
Ensure smooth communication between office and field teams.
Requirements:
Experience: 0.6 to 2 years in a back-office or coordination role.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling).
Good communication and coordination ability.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary:
Up to ₹25,000 (based on experience & skills)
12 Paid Leaves per year
