Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Back Office Operations Specialist. This is an entry-level, full-time position based at our headquarters in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have between 0 to 1 year of work experience and exhibit proficiency in essential business software. As a vital part of our operations, the role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a supportive role.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in data entry (Mandatory skill).
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software to maintain and enhance client interactions.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to perform daily tasks competently.
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to streamline business operations and improve productivity.
  • Competence in using document management systems to ensure efficient handling and storage of important files.
  • Excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to utilize data analysis tools for the extraction and interpretation of business data.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and professional interaction with colleagues and clients.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies during the execution of all tasks.
  • Respond to internal requests for information by retrieving and organizing data effectively.
