Role: Lead Consultant – TPM

Job Description

Must Have:

  • Strong understanding of the TPM process flows and data model.
  • Experience in 3–5 end-to-end TPM implementation cycles.
  • Ability to understand different integration patterns between TPx and other systems, and advocate for scalable, resilient, industry-standard designs.
  • Participate and contribute to design discussions in TPx.
  • Translate non-functional and functional requirements into end-to-end trade promotion management solutions integrated with SAP S4 – SD/FICO, Demand Planning, and (nice to have) Snowflake.
  • Guide the team with technical inputs during the build phase.
  • Responsible for technical reviews and sign-offs of design and build.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture teams (Integration, Snowflake, Cybersecurity) to ensure integrations fit within enterprise context and standards.

Nice to Have:

  • 12–15 years of experience in software development/solution architecture with TPM tools.
  • Exposure to multiple TPM tools – SAP, CAS, Promax, Visualfabriq.
  • Familiarity with integration tools – Azure Data Factory, SAP CPI, etc.

Pay: ₹3,000, ₹4,600,000.00 per year
