Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business operations and strategy execution across multiple functions.
  • Work closely with leadership to define, track, and achieve business goals.
  • Manage and optimize business processes, reporting, and operational workflows.
  • Own budget planning, resource allocation, and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Delivery, Technology, Sales) to ensure smooth execution of business objectives.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics for business health.
  • Drive process automation and digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency.
  • Support program management, governance, and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, audits, and operational risk assessments.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of proven experience in BizOps / Business Operations / Program Management.
  • Strong background in business strategy, planning, and operations management.
  • Experience working with CXO/leadership teams and driving decision-making.
  • Hands-on with data analytics, reporting tools, and dashboards (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial operations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Prior experience in technology, consulting, or product-based organizations preferred.

Pay: ₹946, ₹2,337,562.79 per year
