Key Responsibilities
- Learner Engagement & Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for learners throughout their training journey.
- Handle queries through calls, emails, and chat with professionalism and clarity.
- Guide learners on LMS access, live sessions, and submission processes.
- Communication & Coordination
- Conduct onboarding calls and assist in program orientation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for session schedules and updates.
- Track attendance, progress, and engagement metrics.
- CRM & Data Management
- Maintain detailed records of learner interactions and resolutions.
- Update CRM systems and generate periodic reports for the operations team.
- Ensure data accuracy across communication and tracking platforms.
- Feedback & Escalations
- Gather feedback from learners on sessions and mentors.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members promptly.
- Contribute ideas to improve learner satisfaction and retention.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with operations, marketing, and academic teams to streamline communication.
- Assist in drafting announcements, updates, and reminder messages.
